Apple Grove Apiary - Fulfillment/Shipping Policy 2021

Shipping Cost: Our shipping is a base rate of $12 shipping, if you'd like your order a little faster it's a flat rate of $18.

Packaging Your Order: Thank you for placing an order with us, your order will now be collected and packaged up, most often this will take place the same day you place your order and then it'll ship out the following business day. However, life happens and we will make all efforts to have your order ready to ship within 48 hrs. Shipping from western Wisconsin we sometimes experience double-digit negative temperatures, we'll contact you if this occurs and hold your order until temperatures return to a safe shipment condition.

Delivery: Our standard flat rate shipping ($10) once received by USPS they will arrive to you within 1-5 day, depending upon your location, current weather, and other sometimes unknown conditions. Shipping Restrictions: Currently, we only ship within the United States. Missing, Lost, or Damaged Items: If you receive your order and it's damaged or something is missing or maybe you did not receive your order at all, let us know ASAP by emailing us at applegroveapiary@gmail.com.
